The Faculty of Humanities celebrates its 100th anniversary in 2019, and language is still one of the most prominent fields of interest in the humanities. But how do we practise language and multilingualism? And how do we work with translation of literature, for children, youth and adults? What does multilingualism really mean for authors, translators and readers?

In two interdisciplinary panels, the Faculty of Humanities, Goethe-Institut and Instituto Cervantes gather researchers, authors, translators and interpreters to showcase and pay homage to multilingualism – in theory and in practice.

The event is free and open for everyone. Sign up
