Teaching Halls in the Manne Siegbahn Houses

The teaching halls in the Manne Siegbahn houses consists of one auditorium, two libraries and eight seminar rooms.

The Auditorium (Auditoriet)

The Auditorium is located on the ground floor, (2nd floor) and has room number 215. It can accommodate up to 90 students. In the auditorium is a projector, a screen, an overhead projector, a DVD, a VHS, a CD player, a cassette player, amplifiers, and a whiteboard. Please be aware that there is no computer in the auditorium, so you need to bring your own laptop, or borrow one from the department.

The Library (Biblioteket)

The Library is located on the 3rd floor and has room number 300. It can accommodate up to 20 students, and has a whiteboard, but no other fixed equipment. If you need a computer or projector, you can borrow them from the Student Affairs Office, room 260.

The Musicology Library

The Musicology Library is located on the 3rd floor (enter via Frescativägen 22B) and has room number 305. The Musicology Library is only used by Musicology.

The Conference Room (Konferensrummet)

The Conference Room is located on the 3rd floor and has room number 328. It can accommodate up to 15 students, and has a whiteboard, and an overhead projector, but no other fixed equipment. If you need a computer or projector, you can borrow them from the Student Affairs Office, room 260.

Room 144

Room 144 is located on floor 1 and can accommodate up to 60 students. Room 144 is equipped with a whiteboard, a projector and a computer.

Room 119

Room 119 is located on the 1st floor and can accommodate up to 40 students. Room 119 is equipped with a whiteboard, a projector and a computer.

Room 101

Room 101 is located on the 1st floor and can accommodate up to 20 students. Room 101 is equipped with a whiteboard, a projector and a computer.

The Red Room (Röda Rummet)

The Red Room is located on the 1st floor and can accommodate 10 students. The Red Room belongs to performance studies, and is reserved by booking a time on the schedule outside the door. The Red Room has a whiteboard, but no other fixed equipment. If you need a computer or projector, you can borrow them from the Student Affairs Office, room 260.

Keys to all computer cabinet in the Auditorium, room 119 and room 101 are available at the student affairs office in room 260, along with the portable projector. Computers on loan are available from Love Andersson in room 327.
