Housing for Exchange Students

The Housing Office at Stockholm University lets and manages a limited number of furnished rooms and apartments owned by other landlords in Stockholm. These are available to exchange students and master students who receive a scholarship via Stockholm University Scholarship Scheme.

Since there is a considerable shortage of accommodation in Stockholm, we unfortunately cannot guarantee accommodation for every exchange student and we cannot provide housing for students with children or students who are doing an Erasmus internship (or any other internship).

Stockholm University does not have a housing guarantee and exchange students that do not recieve accommodation from the Housing Office will have to find housing on their own.
