The Department of Culture and Aesthetics is represented at the conference. On June 14, between 16.30 and 18.00, in room Y21, three speakers from the department will be discussing the configuration of the work of art and surveillance: the scholars in literature Thomas Götselius, Ulf Olsson, and Per Anders Wiktorsson – together with Jesper Olsson, Linköping University. Topics include Goethe’s Wilhelm Meister, Almqvist’s Why Not!, the testing of LSD, and modern poetry.

And on June 15, between 9.00 and 10.30, in room Y20, the scholar in literature at the Department of Culture and Aesthetics Axel Englund will give a paper on eroticized control in opera. Both rooms are located in the Geoscience building.
